Service Description

Following our initial free 15-minute session we will have an assessment session which offers a safe stepping- stone into exploring challenges. During this session we will discuss how we are going to work together, how many sessions we will start with and go through any contract questions you may have. During the assessment I will usually ask quite a few questions so that I can be sure I have the skills and experience to work with you inline with the BACP ethical framework and code of practice. Bookings can be made via melanie-lucas@sky.com. The same time and day each week is preferable so worth bearing in mind when looking at availability for us both. Payment to be made via Bank Transfer to the Lloyds account (listed on the contract sheet) either at the start or end of the session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made via Melanie-lucas@sky.com. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged. Failure to attend 2 consecutive sessions with no contact will assume you no longer require counselling, and your space will be offered elsewhere, an invoice will be sent to cover the cost of these sessions.
